Privacy policy

Check-in: Key collection will take place at the local office of Llafranc Villas. In case of arriving outside office hours, you must pay the full reservation amount and contact us to provide you with the code for the office mailbox where you will find your keys.

In these cases, it is mandatory to check-in online and visit the office the next day to pay the deposit. We are not responsible for any problems or incidents that may arise outside office hours.

In the case of groups of young people under 35 years of age, they must inform the agency as many properties only accept families. 

Check-out: Key return is at 10:00 a.m. at the local office of Llafranc Villas. For early departures, you can leave the keys in our office mailbox.

   

EXTRAS:

Bed Linen and Towels: Accommodations do not provide bed linen or towels. You can bring your own or rent them from our office:

Bed Linen - €8/person for the entire stay

Towels - €8 (1 bath and 1 hand towel) for the entire stay

Crib: €35/week

High Chair: €35/week

Extra Person: Inflatable mattress - €80/week

Tourist Tax: According to law 5/2012, a new tax is applied from 01/11/2012 on all stays at tourist establishments for all persons over 16 years old: €1.00/person/day (with a maximum of 7 days).

 

RESERVATION TERMS:

Maximum Capacity: Each property has a maximum capacity detailed on the website. It is not possible to exceed this capacity without prior notice and payment of the corresponding supplement.

Pets: If traveling with pets, you must notify the agency in advance as some properties do not allow them. The additional cost is €35/week. The deposit must be paid in cash and will be refunded a few days later via bank transfer. The property must be left as clean as possible of pet hair, otherwise, an extra cleaning charge will apply. Only one pet is accepted per property; if traveling with more than one, please consult the agency.

Internet: Wifi: If the property does not have wifi, it can be rented at an additional cost of €50/week. Advance notice to the agency is required. 

Electric Cars: It is not possible to use the electrical installations of our properties to charge this type of vehicles as they are not prepared for such loads and the electrical installation could be damaged. 

Security Deposit: Upon arrival, the client must provide us with their credit card details, which we will use as a security deposit.

If the property is delivered in perfect condition and no material damage or loss has occurred, no charge will be made to the client's credit card, and it will only serve as a guarantee for the agency to ensure that the client respects the property.

If upon arrival at the property the client finds any damage, they must notify the agency within 24 hours.

If it is a group of young people, the deposit is higher, and they must inform us in advance since there are properties that are only rented to families. If young groups are allowed, they must sign behavior rules.

If the deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded a few days after check-out via bank transfer.

Payment of the deposit by bank checks is not accepted. 

Expenses: Electricity and water are included in the price. However, in case of using heating (properties that have it), electric stove, or heater, the electricity consumption will be charged separately.

Drought Situation: Both contracting parties must comply with the measures to manage water scarcity episodes in the territory according to the Generalitat de Catalunya and/or other competent public administrations. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected, and normal activities may not be carried out without any compensation. 

Cancellation Insurance: The prepayment or initial payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Vacanzes reserves the right to change the client to another apartment with similar characteristics to the one booked. If the client does not agree with this change, they have the right to cancel the reservation, and the total amount of the stay will be refunded.

Vacanzes will not be responsible for any subsequent claims by the client.

 

TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS OF BEHAVIOUR: 

If the property has a private pool, a maintenance person will come 1 or 2 days a week. You should never touch the pool motor or the house's light panel. 

In the event of running out of gas, you should call our office, and we will send staff to change the gas cylinder, or you can do it yourself following the instructions found behind the door.

Noise is not allowed after 11:00 PM. In case of complaints, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any right to refund. Hosting parties inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Remember to close awnings and/or umbrellas when leaving the accommodation and before sleeping, especially on windy days.

    Nice house, located in Lloret de Mar. Only 1.5 km from the beach and the center of town, just 10km from Tossa de Mar, near all services. The 300m2 house is on two separate floors. Upstairs there is a spacious living room (TV, satellite) with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds (90x190cm) and another with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is another living room (TV), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area and exit to the outside area. A double room with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area there is a private pool with terrace, bathroom and barbecue of work. A/C and heating optional. Extra price for using it 150€/week.

    The pictures of the beach are of Sa Caleta and Lloret de Mar beach, which are the closest beaches to the house.

    Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.

    Reservations of youth groups accepted only upon prior request

    Rules and special deposit for young people:

    A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.

      Villa Cora is a charming 3 bedroom property built over 2 floors located in a very quiet area just 3,5 km from the lovely Cala Canyelles beach and 7 kms from the center of Tossa de Mar, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava! ¡Ideal for a relaxing vacation in Costa Brava with family, it includes everything that you need to feel at home! It can accomodate up to 8 guests in a living area of 180 m2 and 850 m2 plot. Wonderful outdoor area with private swimming pool and amazing sea views. There is also a large, covered terrace where you can have a poolside breakfast enjoying the nice sea views, barbecue and parking for 1/2 cars. On the 1st floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x180cm), a Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook: cutlery, pots, washing machine, fridge, microwave , toaster and oven, a suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with single bed (90 x 190 cm) and another bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor we find a large living room with TV and exit to the terrace, another kitchen, a suite with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. There is also a folding bed (90 x 190 cm) for 1 person. Wifi included Pets not allowed. Optional heating and air conditioning with an extra cost: 100 €/week. We do not allow groups of young people and parties in this unit. This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. - Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels. - Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair Cala Canyelles is a pretty stretch of the Costa Brava´s coast with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sand beaches of the area. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house has a small apartment with a double bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (bathtub) just next to the main house with a separate entrance. You will find 3 double bedrooms in the main house (1 double bed, 4 single beds), 1 bathroom with bathtub, living room (TV, satellite, fireplace), equipped kitchen (oven, microwave).
