House with a private swimming pool and spectacular sea views located in a privileged area next to the Cala Canyelles cliff (there are stairs that provide direct access to the cliff from the house).
The house is distributed over 3 floors with 7,000 m2 of plot and 400 m2 built, all surrounded by terraces with unbeatable views of the sea.
Outdoor area with a large private swimming pool (12x6m) with panoramic sea views. Barbecue and multiple terraces where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in the sun.
Interior area with a spacious dining room with access to terrace, fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine,
It has 5 double rooms (two of them suite and one with its own living room), and 3 additional bathrooms.
Outside the house, between the two swimming pools, there is an additional optional suite room (not included in the price: €150 / day) with sea view that includes a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom.
Indoor swimming pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people. The indoor pool water is at room temperature, in case you want hot water (low season) there is a supplement of £150 / night with a minimum of 5 nights and you will have to notify 2 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms.

This house is located in a very quiet residential area in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava!
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.
Regulations and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
